EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Tyk has extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation, focusing primarily on medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability and wrongful death cases. Before receiving her law degree, Ms. Tyk worked as a paralegal for seven years in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, aviation and wrongful death cases.  While in law school Ms. Tyk was a law clerk for in-house counsel at one of Orlando’s largest hospital systems.  Prior to joining the firm Ms. Tyk was an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit where she gained valuable trial experience
